François Lorin
The Holistic Approach in Yoga Therapy

Yoga is both preventative and undoubtedly holistic in its approach to health. Why live a life of pain and disease, dependent on doctors and other therapists, when with the right understanding, you could live a balanced and healthy life? Yoga teaches the basic principles that enable you to handle both the relational and physiological realms, and to find confidence and energy in daily life. Appropriate use (viniyoga) is the key to yoga therapy. Yoga techniques are selected according to your particular needs. It is not the individual who adapts to yoga, but yoga is adapted to the individual. Some practical cases will be introduced.
