Amy Wheeler
Living in Your Optimal State

All beings want to be happy. All beings want to be free from suffering. All beings want to be in balance and have good health. But many people have external and internal obstacles that prevent them from achieving this high level wellness. This workshop will give practical tools to help you assess your current state of health and wellness (physically, mentally and emotionally). These daily assessment tools are easy to use and take less than 1 minute each day. You can take these tools home with you and use them over time to understand if you are in or out of balance each day. Then, based on the individual assessment of your current state, we will teach you simple techniques for how to move into more peace, contentment and good health. Handouts of the assessment tools will be given to each participant in the workshop.
